At Bella Boss, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • Have tags attached (for clothing/shapewear)

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Cosmetics and beauty products (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@bellaboss.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Bella Boss is not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

If your return is not approved (e.g. signs of wear or damage), we may offer to ship the item back to you at your cost.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@bellaboss.store with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.
