Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly from that email or by logging into your Bella Boss account.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Bella Boss is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the courier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly and also reach out to us for support.
